RETURNING AN ITEM FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND

Industrial Motoring will accept returns on unused, uninstalled or non-defective items within 30 days of the original purchase date. All returns require a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. RGA numbers are valid for 30 days of the original issue date. All returns without an RGA number or expired RGA number will be refused. Returns will be charged a 25% restocking fee. It is the customer responsibility for all shipping charges for all returns. We need the following information name, e-mail address, contact number, mailing address, order number, reason for returning, in the original packaging and do not have any missing parts.  Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow the instructions below.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If your product has been damaged in shipment, you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Please call us at 1-877-724-5538. Our customer service representatives will guide you through a return procedure.

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS

Some items maybe special order items specifically for your vehicle. These items require a paid in full to order and it becomes non-refundable item once paid in full. Cancellations are not allowed on special order items.

MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY

All parts are covered only by the manufacturer’s warranty. Manufacturer’s warranties vary and are included with your product and should be reviewed carefully for additional information feel free to contact one of our customer service representatives.
