Kelderman Suspension Mechanical Self-Leveling Air Control System-Dual Compressor (4-Link Suspension)

  • $3,000.00
This system is recommended for use on a 4-Link Rear Air Suspension System or complete front and rear air suspension systems. The dual air compressor system is recommended for more industrial applications such as ambulances, service trucks, etc. where there is significant weight to the vehicle and an additional air compressor or air tank will aid in recovery and run time. This system is designed to control your air suspension with nearly hands-free operation. The system will automatically inflate/deflate, as needed, to maintain the proper ride height of the air suspension. This is determined by the location of the industrial-strength height control valves on each side of the suspension. The only control you/the driver will have over the suspension is with the dump valve switch. Activate the dump valve switch with the provided in-cab control panel, and the suspension will lower down 4" or so until it reaches the airbag's internal bump stops. The controls can also utilize factory upfitter or auxiliary switches if equipped. Press the dump switch again and it will automatically return to the pre-determined ride height. When using a 2-Stage Front or 4-Link Front Air Suspension System, add an extra pair of Mechanical, Height Control Valve Linkage Kits (Part # HCVLK) for the system to automatically adjust at all four corners. These are featured in the drop-down menus online and are sold separately from the complete air control system itself. Kit includes (2) 100% duty cycle VIAIR compressors, 3-gallon air tank (2nd air tank optional), (2) height control valves, (2) dump valves, pressure switch, relay, control panel wiring, fittings, air line, etc. Single air compressor and single air tank systems are also available.
